Corporate law, company law, business law or enterprise law are dealing with the same kind of law. The main purpose of these laws is to control the relations, rights, and conduct of different people, companies, corporate, organizations and businesses.
This law governs the conduct of investors, shareholders, employees, creditors, consumers, environment and community with each other. This law deals with activities like increase of capital for the business, formation of the company and their registration with the government etc.
There are different contracts between people and corporation which need to be signed while a business or corporation is founded. One example of it is Limited Liability contract. Other than the above mentioned business types, the partnerships ad unions are also included and this also regularizes the conduct of people in this.
